2024年春　丸善革職人展Ⅱ　長沢ベルト　～Leather Craftsmen's Exhibition～

長沢ベルト【プロフィール】創業54年、東京葛飾の地で本革ベルトを作り続けています。3年ほど前にベルト帯自体が伸縮する技術を開発しクライドファンディングへの出品。高評価を得たことで実用新案を所得し現在は6種類の本革バリエーションでベルトの展開を行っております。従業員8名の小さな町工場から生まれた技術が、新たなベルトのスタンダードとなるように発信して参ります。【こだわり】全てに本革を使用した帯自体が伸縮する技術「3層ストレッチ構造」を独自に開発。袋織ゴムという反発性に優れる芯材を使用し、表・裏面には選び抜いた最高級の本革を使用。上質でしっかりしていながらも柔らかさも併せ持つ素材をチョイス。その結果腹部の圧迫により5cm～8cmもの伸縮幅を達成しました。まさに「装着していることを忘れてしまう」程の快適なベルトです。3月27日（水）～4月2日（火）1Fイベントスペース

Established 54 years ago, Nagasawa Belt has been making genuine leather belts in Katsushika, Tokyo. 3 years ago, the company developed a technology that allows the belt belt itself to expand and contract, and submitted it to Clyde Funding. The technology was so well received that we obtained a utility model patent, and now we are developing belts with six different variations of genuine leather. We will continue to transmit the technology developed at a small factory with 8 employees so that it will become a new standard for belts.
Our commitment is to provide the best quality belts.
We have developed our own "3-layer stretch structure," a technology that allows the belt itself to stretch and contract, using genuine leather for everything. We use Fukuro-ori rubber, a core material with excellent resilience, and selected top-quality genuine leather for the front and back surfaces. We chose a material that is both high quality and firm, yet soft at the same time. As a result, the abdomen can expand and contract by 5 cm to 8 cm. The belt is so comfortable that you may forget that you are wearing it.

定番の牛革からエキゾチックレザーまで様々な革を用いて、職人たちがプロの技術で作り上げたトートやショルダー、リュックなどバッグから、ウォレットコインケース、ペンケースなど展示即売いたします。実演やワークショップも行います。ぜひこの機会に職人と過ごす空間をお楽しみください。

We will exhibit and sell bags such as totes, shoulders, backpacks, wallet coin cases, pen cases, etc., made with professional skills by craftsmen using a variety of leathers from standard cowhide to exotic leathers. Demonstrations and workshops will also be held. Please take this opportunity to enjoy the space with artisans.
