2024年秋　丸善革職人展　真工　～Leather Craftsmen's Exhibition～

定番の牛革からエキゾチックレザーまで様々な革を用いて、職人たちがプロの技術で作り上げたトートやショルダー、リュックなどバッグから、ウォレットコインケース、ペンケースなど展示即売いたします。実演やワークショップも行います。ぜひこの機会に職人と過ごす空間をお楽しみください。

前半：8月28日（水）～9月3日（火）・後半：9月4日（水）～9月10日（火）

We will exhibit and sell bags such as totes, shoulders, backpacks, wallet coin cases, pen cases, etc., made with professional skills by craftsmen using a variety of leathers from standard cowhide to exotic leathers. Demonstrations and workshops will also be held. Please take this opportunity to enjoy the space with artisans.

【髙橋清一プロフィール】
1981年に浅草橋にて起業しました。当初、数か所の工場及び職人等に製造を依頼していましたが思うほど新しいデザインに仕上がらず、思い切って職人を雇い自家工場を立ち上げました。同時に私自身も製造に携わり修業し、現在は自身のみで革工房として切磋琢磨しています。
【こだわり】
デザインはもとより素材を天然にこだわり、各皮革専門問屋で勉強させて頂きました。また、金属及びメッキ、樹脂等約2年間体験いたしました。本体及び付属品によって顔が変わります。永く愛用して頂けるよう使い勝手の良さと共に強度を念頭に入れ日々精進しております。

I started my business in Asakusabashi in 1981. In the beginning, I asked several factories and craftsmen to manufacture my products, but they were not able to create new designs as I expected. At the same time, I myself was involved in the manufacturing process and trained myself, and now I am engaged in friendly competition as a leather workshop by myself only.
I am now working hard at the leather workshop by myself.
I have studied at various leather wholesalers, and I am particular about not only designing but also using natural materials. I have also experienced metal, plating, and resin for about 2 years. The face of the product changes depending on the body and accessories. We are always devoting ourselves to the strength of the product as well as the ease of use so that you can use it for a long time.
